Meditation
Regular meditation can help reduce physical and mental tension, relieve stress, boost overall well-being and increase concentration & creativity. It can help improve self-esteem & self-confidence, promote calmness and relaxation and encourage compassion not just to others but yourself too!
Meditation sessions are a great way to help establish regular meditation by encouraging and developing meditation practices and techniques together and inspiring personal meditation practice at home.
Whether you have experience of meditation or if you are a complete beginner all are welcome to explore, develop and learn meditation techniques.
One to one sessions are available if you would prefer to learn and develop your meditation techniques individually or why not book with a small group of friends or as a couple. These sessions can be arranged either as a stand alone session or a block of 4 weekly sessions. Daytime and some evening appointments are available.
Prices
One to one meditation – £30 for a 1 hour session or a block of 4 x 1 hour sessions for £100
