Massage
Massage can help you relax and unwind, ease muscular tension and discomfort, or support recovery from exercise, activity or injury. Treatments are tailored to your individual needs following an initial consultation, with the focus and pressure adapted to suit you.
I am qualified in a range of massage therapies and use a variety of massage and soft tissue techniques depending on what you need from your treatment.
Massage treatments may include:

Swedish Massage
A relaxing massage using flowing techniques, with pressure adapted to suit you. It can help ease general muscular tension while promoting relaxation and well-being.
Sports Massage
Sports Massage isn’t just for athletes. It uses more focused techniques to work on areas of muscular tension or discomfort and can be useful for those who are physically active, recovering from exercise or injury, or experiencing problems related to everyday activity.
Deep Tissue Massage
A firmer, more focused approach to areas of muscular tension and discomfort. There can be an overlap between Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, and techniques may be combined where appropriate.
Functional Integrated Cupping
Cupping can be incorporated into your massage where appropriate and with your agreement, alongside other massage and soft tissue techniques.
Facial Massage, Cupping & TMJ Techniques
Facial treatments may include Swedish facial massage, facial cupping, TMJ and myofascial techniques. Treatment can focus on relaxation or tension in the face and jaw, while facial cupping may also help stimulate circulation and reduce puffiness.
Your Treatment
You don’t need to decide which type of massage you need before your appointment. We will discuss what you are looking for on the day and tailor your treatment accordingly, drawing on different approaches and techniques where appropriate.
