Relaxation consultation
During a one to one session, come and learn techniques to aid relaxation, reduce stress and improve overall well-being.
After an initial holistic assessment of the client’s life and lifestyle, together we look at ways to help reduce stress and promote well-being, including learning and practising some relaxation & breathing techniques all tailored to the clients individual need.
This could be to help incorporate ways to reduce stress and aid relaxation in everyday living or to help if you have an upcoming stressful event such as a job interview or driving test.
Come and prepare by learning some techniques to help you relax and cope better so you can shine the best you can!
