Relaxation Session

Relaxation therapy offers a simple way to step back from the pace of daily life and take time out in a calm and supportive setting.
I offer one-to-one guided sessions using relaxation and simple breathing techniques. Sessions are shaped around you, with time taken to understand what you are looking for and what feels appropriate on the day.
People attend for a range of reasons. Some are looking to ease physical tension or switch off, while others want to develop simple techniques to support sleep, focus, clarity, creativity, or a greater sense of calm in everyday life.
Sessions can also be supportive during times of stress or anxiety, as well as when preparing for a specific situation such as an interview, test or other demanding event.
This is a space to pause, reset, and become more familiar with ways to relax and feel more at ease.

Prices
£45 for a 60-minute session
Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.
